1. Venue
The International Masterclasses will take place at the Auditorium “Il Lavatoio” in Santarcangelo di Romagna (Italy).
2. Courses Offered
Masterclasses are available in the following disciplines:
- Cello
- Violin
- Tuba
- Opera Singing
- Flute
- Composition

3. Eligibility
The Masterclasses are open to active participants and auditors of all ages and nationalities.
4. Piano Accompaniment
A professional piano accompanist will be available during lessons whenever required by the course.
5. Practice Facilities
Practice rooms will be available to enrolled students throughout the duration of the Masterclasses.
6. Music Materials
Participants are required to bring their own music scores and all necessary performance materials.
7. Certificate of Participation
At the conclusion of the Masterclass, each participant will receive an official Certificate of Attendance.
8. Application Fee and Payment
The application fee must be paid via PayPal before the application deadline. Proof of payment must be attached to the online application form.

9. Refund Policy
Application and tuition fees are non-refundable, except in the event of:
- Cancellation of the Masterclass by the Organizing Committee;
- Non-acceptance of the applicant due to limited availability or selection requirements.
10. Acceptance of Regulations
Submission of the application form constitutes full acceptance of these Rules and Regulations.
11. Recording Policy
Unauthorized audio, video, or photographic recording of lessons, rehearsals, or performances is strictly prohibited in order to protect the privacy and intellectual property rights of both faculty members and participants.
Official photographs and recordings may be made exclusively by the Artistic Direction or its authorized representatives.
12. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and professional attitude toward professors, staff members, and fellow students at all times.
Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in exclusion from the Masterclass without refund.
13. Participation and Educational Environment
Students are encouraged to actively engage in all educational activities, observe lessons, and participate in constructive artistic discussions. Respectful interaction and collaboration contribute significantly to the learning experience.
14. Image Rights
By participating in the Masterclass, students grant permission to the Organizing Committee to photograph and record video footage during educational activities, concerts, and related events.
Such materials may be used for promotional, educational, archival, and communication purposes in printed and digital media without further authorization or compensation.
Application Procedure
Applications must be submitted online and must include the following documents:
- Copy of a valid photo identification document (passport or ID card);
- Proof of payment of the Application Fee.
