Age limit 15 years old
ONE ROUND
Free programme not longer then 15 minutes including:
- Etude from E. Kohler op. 33 II vol. of medium difficulty or R. Galli 30 exercises op. 100.
- A sonata or concerto for flute and piano from the Baroque period.

All finalists will be awarded a Diploma of Merit

- A piece for solo flute chosen from: G.Ph.Telemann from the 12 fantasies (one of your choice), S.Mercadante from the 10 varied arias (one of your choice), J.S.Bach partita in A minor (two movements of your choice), C.Debussy Syrinx, A.Honegger Danse de la Chevre.
- A sonata for flute and piano among: F.Poulenc Sonata fp 164, P.Hindemith Sonata 1936, G.Fauré Fantasia op. 79, G.Enesco Cantabile and Presto, P.Morlacchi Swiss Shepherd, A.Casella Barcarola and Scherzo.
- First movement of a concerto for flute and orchestra (piano reduction) chosen from: C .Stamitz Concerto in G major, F .Devienne Concerto n. 2 in D major, C.Chaminade Concertino

- A piece for solo flute chosen from: J.Ibert Piece, E.Varese Density 21.5, K.Elert Sonata Appassionata op. 140 or Chaconne op. 107, L.Berio Sequenza, E.Bozza Image op. 38, l.Lieberman Soliloquy op.44, C.Halfter Debla.
- First and second movements of the following concertos: W.A.Mozart Concerto K 314 in D major or K 313 in G major, C.Reinecke Concerto in D major op. 283.
FINAL ROUND
- An important sonata for flute and piano from the 20th century of your choice and the first movement of a concerto for flute and orchestra (reduction for flute and piano) chosen from C.Nielsen Concerto, J.Ibert Concerto, A.Jolivet Concerto n.1, L.Liebermann Concerto op. 39.

May 24th: First Round and Final Round
