FINAL ROUND
1) One main sonata for violin and piano chosen from:

  • L.Van Beethoven Sonata n3 op.12, Sonata no.7 op.30, Sonata no.10 op.96 / C. Frank Sonata in A major / S. Prokofiev Sonata no.1 op.80, Sonata no.2 op.94 / C. Saint-Saëns Sonata no.1 op.75 / E. 2) First movement of a Violin Concerto (reduced for violin and piano) chosen from:

COMPETITION SCHEDULE
30th May:
Rehearsal with Accompanists for eliminatory round repertoire (if requested)
31st May:
Eliminatory Round and Rehearsal for Finalists
1st June:
Final Round

PRIZES
First Prize – Violin (valued at €8000) from the “Academia Cremonensis” (photos will be made available on the competition website)
Second Prize  – €1000 and Diploma
Third Prize  – € 500 and Diploma

APPLICATION FEE – 100 euros

ACCOMPANIST FEE – 50 euros

APPLICATION DEADLINE – Monday 4th May 2020
